R. Daniel (Dan) Bagley

Dan Bagley is the Principal of B&B Management Labs, LLC, a position he has held since August 2002, where he serves as a contract relationshipist and part-time CNO or CTO with deep connections in vertical markets including oil and gas, hydraulics, machine tools, cutting tools, hard materials, and U.S. Navy Maritime Industrial Base. His career began with operating and instructing nuclear power aboard submarines in the U.S. Navy, followed by larger roles at renowned firms like Bosch, Kennametal, and Deloitte Consulting. Since founding B&B Management Labs, LLC (BBML) in 1992, he has led the company to become a leader in real manufacturing innovation, growth, and scaling, with expertise in hydraulics, cutting tools, aerospace, industrial applications, additive metals, and hard materials. Bagley currently serves as Founder and Principal at Strategeōnē, a full-time role he has held since January 2017, providing strategic consulting methodology and services based on competitive business planning and flexible planning scenarios. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, completed doctoral work at Case Western Reserve University, earned an Engineer Diploma from Nuclear Power School at Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC), and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from The New School.
