Courtney Frazee

Communications Manager

As Manager of Communications for the Defense Industrial Base Institute (DIBI), Courtney Frazee helps shape the Institute’s story across digital platforms, leading website strategy, social media engagement, and editorial planning. She previously served as Associate Director of Marketing & Communications for Education Innovation at Northeastern University, where she supported global experiential learning initiatives through content, campaigns, and digital strategy.

Courtney brings more than a decade of marketing experience across higher education, sustainability, and mental health. She led digital marketing efforts for Kalu Yala, an off-the-grid sustainable development located in Panama, served as Director of Digital Marketing for Psych Hub, a leading mental health digital education platform based in Nashville, TN, and served as a co-founder and partner at a boutique digital marketing agency, Wholeheart, where she directed mission-driven campaigns for nonprofit, education, and community development organizations. 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Connecticut College and is currently completing her MBA at Northeastern with concentrations in Marketing and Sustainability in Business.
