Elda Ceribashi

Senior Financial Analyst

Elda Ceribashi is a Senior Financial Analyst – Budget at the Defense Industrial Base Institute, with a strong background in financial and research administration. She began her career in Albania as a project assistant and later project manager with the German Agency for Technical Cooperation (now GIZ – the German Agency for International Cooperation). In the U.S., she has held finance management roles at Florida International University and Northeastern University. Most recently, she served as Senior Grant and Project Manager at the C2C Impact Accelerator, where she led sponsored research administration, financial operations, student employment, and project oversight. Elda holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Tirana and an MBA jointly awarded by the University of Tirana and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
